You must be registering on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment. Corporate, trust, or third-party registrations are not permitted. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
245win operates as an entertainment platform only. Gambling involves financial risk. Never deposit or wager more than you can comfortably afford to lose. Age verification is conducted during KYC and may be required at any stage of your account lifecycle.
To use the Platform you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration details is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.
Each individual may maintain only one registered Account on the Platform. If you have previously held an Account that was closed — whether voluntarily or by the Platform — you must obtain explicit written permission before registering a new Account. Duplicate Accounts will be closed without notice and any associated Balance or Bonus Funds may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication code with any third party. Account currency is set at the time of registration and cannot be changed thereafter. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is selected or displayed as a reference currency, all displayed amounts reflect indicative values only; actual settlement may occur in the Platform's base operating currency at the prevailing exchange rate.
245win is required to conduct identity verification checks on all users prior to processing withdrawal requests. The Platform may also request verification at any other point during the account lifecycle, including following large deposits, unusual account activity, or as part of routine compliance reviews.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete to the Platform's satisfaction. The Platform reserves the right to suspend account activity and place a hold on any Balance pending completion of verification. Accounts where verification cannot be completed after repeated requests may be closed in accordance with these Terms.
Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of transaction. Payment provider names — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — are listed on the Platform for general context only. They do not constitute an endorsement, affiliation, or guarantee of availability. Available deposit methods are displayed within your Account and may change without notice.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible, subject to applicable processing fees.
Withdrawals are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) compliance with minimum and maximum withdrawal limits displayed in your Account. Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be processed back to the original deposit method. Processing times vary by method and are indicative only.
The Platform reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal pending completion of security checks, KYC verification, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Users will be notified of any such hold and provided with an estimated resolution timeline where practicable.
Currency note: Where amounts are displayed in PKR or Rs on the Platform, these are indicative reference figures. Actual transaction values depend on the payment method used and any applicable currency conversion rates applied by your payment provider.
All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives offered by 245win are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering Requirements are calculated on the Bonus Funds amount (or the deposit amount, or the sum of both — as specified per promotion). Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements; contribution rates by game category are published in each promotion's specific terms.
Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements expire after the period stated in the individual promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated pending winnings will be removed from your Account automatically without prior notice beyond the terms published at the time of the offer.
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the Platform's bonus system — including but not limited to creating duplicate Accounts to claim multiple welcome offers, placing low-risk or hedged wagers solely to satisfy Wagering Requirements, or acting in collusion with other users — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 245win reserves the right to void bonus-derived winnings and close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of 245win. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without prior notice, including in circumstances where a technical error has resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being offered, where a bet is placed after an event has concluded, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a market has been manipulated.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds fluctuations. Bets placed during live events may be subject to a brief acceptance delay. 245win cannot guarantee that the odds displayed at the moment a bet is submitted will be the odds at which the bet is ultimately accepted. Where odds change before acceptance, you will be notified and may confirm or cancel the bet depending on Platform settings in effect at the time.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including: event cancellation; market suspension before the relevant outcome is determined; data feed errors; or rule 4 deductions in certain racing markets. Voided bets will be returned to your Balance. Final settlement of all bets is at the sole determination of 245win and, once settled, bets will not be re-settled except in cases of manifest error.
Pakistan cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC T20 World Cup, Champions Trophy, and bilateral series — are offered subject to specific cricket betting rules published in the Platform's sports rules section. Match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments, and super-over outcomes are governed by those specific rules, which Users are encouraged to review before placing wagers on these markets.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
245win reserves the right to take all appropriate action in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral of evidence to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
245win may suspend your Account temporarily or permanently at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, that your Account is being used for fraudulent purposes, or that suspension is required for security, compliance, or legal reasons.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements and any applicable processing times. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon voluntary closure.
Upon termination of your Account — whether by you or by the Platform — your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses that by their nature survive termination (including clauses relating to liability limitations, intellectual property, governing law, and any outstanding dispute resolution) shall remain in full force and effect.

No provision of these Terms shall be construed as a submission to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts or as a representation that the Platform's operation is lawful under Pakistani law.
In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement or account management, you should first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. Unresolved disputes may be escalated through the formal complaints process described on our support pages. 245win endeavours to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt of a formal complaint submission.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
